In January of 2020, Grace Community Chapel sent a team out to plant a church in New York City.

Who is GCCNJ?
Grace Community Chapel New Jersey (GCCNJ) is a church founded in 2005 by Pastor Jae Park with a missional focus on Biblical Education, Church Planting and Missions. GCCNJ has exponentially grown to be a spiritual home for hundreds of people where they are nurtured and developed to be co-laborers for Christ.  You will often hear us referring to GCC as “our sending church.”

But in March of 2020, COVID-19 happened and everything went online. But even through these difficult times, we celebrated our launch service in September of 2020 in-person and by faith, we committed to press on and remain faithful to our calling as a church.

In the midst of so much unknown, we kept our hope and trust in the Lord. And we began to see people come to salvation and we are seeing more and more people find their faith restored and growing. By God’s grace, we are reaching the uncommitted, unchurched and dechurched.

Beginning with 12 people in 2020, by God's grace, Cornerstone Church has welcomed much more over the years. We see the evidence of faith especially through our prayer gatherings and community groups as God grows our hearts for the lost in our city and the world.
